All deeds presented for recording MUST have attached as an exhibit an affidavit complying with 60 O.S. SS 121.  The affidavit must be the form issued by the Oklahoma Attorney General.

Public Notice

Effective November 1, 2019, recording fees will change in the County Clerk’s offices in Oklahoma. The Oklahoma State Legislature has approved an increase to the records preservation and management fee. The fee will increase from $5 to $10 on recorded documents. See the attached enclosure with the updated fee schedule.

Open Records Requests

NOTE: A charge for searching records and providing copies is authorized by the Open Records Act at Title 51 Okla. Stat. Section 24A.5 and other statutes for certain requests. The requesting party acknowledges its obligation to pay these fees, if applicable, and no copies will be provided until the fees have been paid. In addition, a deposit may be requested depending upon the scope and extent of the request.
